We will discuss requirements for freeze protection of water lines, fire sprinkler lines, temperature maintenance for domestic water lines, ice and snow prevention, along with advanced control system – options and requirements – which integrate with the building management system. The presentation will focus on designing for constructability and performance as well as design optimization.

Biography:
Sean has spent the last several years at Pentair Thermal Management specializing in heat trace products and controls for Northern New England offering assistance in application design for New England’s top engineering and design build firms. His cumulative experience and expertise allows him to understand the entire construction process from conceptual design, through construction, and ending with project turnover. Sean has designed heat trace projects of all sizes and applications while maintaining focus on constructability and ease of maintenance. The right design can minimize installation errors and wasted man hours while improving the overall reliability of the system for the end user.
