Deputy Director Dennis Radcliffe of VTA
Biography:
Dennis Ratcliffe is an engineer and lawyer, currently serving as the BART Extensions Program Director for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. Having been involved in the BART Extensions Program since 2002, Mr. Ratcliffe is familiar with the long history of the program, completion of the Phase I extension to Berryessa in North San José, and the future extension through downtown San José to Santa Clara.
