FREE! IEEE SCV Summer Picnic, Social & Awards Ceremony (8/4)
Dear IEEE SCV members,
Greetings! You are cordially invited to join our summer picnic, social and awards ceremony. This event is FREE for those who attend.
Come and meet IEEE Officers from Santa Clara Valley Section, San Francisco Section and Oakland-East-Bay Section! Network with other IEEE members in the bay area. Family friendly!
SOCIAL EVENT: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
AWARDS CEREMONY: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
GUEST: You are welcome to bring guests (1 Adult and up to two kids).
LUNCH: Mexican food will be catered at our event.
ACTIVITIES: Planned activities include Bubbles, Volleyball, Frisbee, Soccer ball, etc. Please bring all games and toys that you feel might be appropriate for the park setting.
FREE prize raffle!
Swimming pool access: For $4 per person, IEEE event attendees will be allowed to use the park's outdoor swimming pool. The access fees will be paid to the park at the pool. IEEE will not collect pool fees

Please note there is a deposit required to RSVP, which will be rufunded in full after you attend the event. If you RSVP and decide not to attend the event, you may cancel up to one day in advance. This is done to ensure tickets go to actual attendees, as we have limited space.
