Join IEEE Houston Section for an evening discussion of intellectual property (IP).  Matt Osterhaus from Fletcher Yoder Law Firm will lead an engaging presentation over a variety of intellectual property topics including patent prosecution, patent litigation, landscaping, and how you, the engineers, fit into this whole process.  Matt's personal practice focuses on complex technical and legal issues in U.S. and international intellectual property law. He works with Fletcher Yoder's team of attorneys and agents to prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, conduct patent evaluations, prepare patent validity and infringement opinions, and counsel clients on a range of IP questions - so make sure to bring any of your general IP questions that you want help answering.
