Region 6 NEA 2019 Fall Meeting
Fall Area meeting for IEEE Section and Student Branch Training
Please register below so we have an accurate headcount for planning!
The meeting is be held on HP and will finish the meeting by 4pm so most folks that are flying can catch flights home Saturday evening.
Instructions when arriving at HP: See map and location below. When arriving, go to the Bldg 1 Lobby and call Sean Collison or Chris Gunning for entry. We will also be providing transportation between the hotel and the HP site on Saturday before the start of the meeting. (Watch your email for details.)
A HP tour will be arranged during the area meeting.

Note: Advanced approval is required for HP tour if you are the citizen of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, China (PRC), Cube, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Libya, Macao (Macau), Moldova, Mongolia, Myanmar(Burma), North Korea (Democratic Peoples of Public of Korea), Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
