Lean Six Sigma is a fact based, data-driven improvement philosophy that drives customer satisfaction and bottom-line results by reducing process variation, waste (non-value added activities), and cycle-time, while promoting work standardization and flow. The event will allow participants to learn the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma including overarching goals and an overview of the DMAIC methodology. Lean Six Sigma prompts you to ask: Do we need it? Does it add value to the customer? Would our customer pay for it?
