The seminar will be devoted to a presentation of activities of the Mississippi State University Social Therapeutic and Robotic Systems (STaRS) laboratory, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Cindy Bethel. The laboratory has many ongoing projects in such areas as robotics, virtual reality and application design. These projects try to improve people’s lives, wellbeing and safety. The presentation will focus on the overview of nowadays research in the area of therapeutic and robotic systems.
