Amanpreet received her PhD from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, in Electrical Engineering. Her Dissertation was on Heterogeneous Integration of Microwave and Millimeter-wave diodes on Silicon and Flex Substrates.

Her Thesis project sponsor was the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA)
