Colloquium Presentation: Wireless system on swarm drones

Junming Diao is currently a Postdoctoral Scholar at UCLA, since May 2017. He will speak about Wireless system on swarm drones (also future research interest). He has developed a beamforming array system based on swarm drones, the techniques of which include arrays, RF circuits, and signal processing. The flexible large swarm platforms help to achieve high angular resolution and large SNR improvement for the receiving system. The overall system performance can be largely improved by combing distributed small wireless system.
