Minto Halimuddin
Minto has more than 28 years of experience with designing, selling and applying complete Power Generation Systems Solution including Paralleling Switchgear, Automatic Transfer Switches, UPS with Diesel and Gas Engine Generators for Healthcare, Water Treatment Projects, Data Centers, Institutional and Landfill / Digester Gas projects in Asia Pacific and North America. As an Electrical Engineer, Minto focuses on helping customers select the most reliable emergency power system design, as well as reduce costs and minimize operating risks.
Paul Newman
Paul is the Microgrid Sales Manager for Caterpillar’s Energy and Transportation Division, covering the Western half of the United States and Canada. Responsible for business development and dealer engagement in the renewables and energy storage hybrid-microgrid industry. Paul has 25+ years of progressive and multifunctional leadership experience at Caterpillar that includes manufacturing, engineering, product definition, sales, market research, strategy and innovation. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Paul was in technical sales at a Detroit engineering firm specializing in quality control and signature analysis verification testing for the automotive industry. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and a MBA from Bradley University.
