The IEEE Graduate Student Chapter - Central Texas Section invites you to its first Networking Social! All UT ECE students, postdocs, staff and faculty are invited to attend. Come join us for a fun evening, socialize with fellow ECE students, and learn more about our newly-formed Graduate Student Chapter in the IEEE Central Texas Section!

We are the first-ever graduate student-led Chapter of IEEE in the whole of IEEE Region 5 (Southwestern US) and one of the very few such IEEE Chapters in the world! We are affiliated to the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) and are an official Registered Student Organization (RSO) at UT! Under the supervision of our two very dynamic ECE Faculty Advisors, Professor Deji Akinwande and Professor Jean Anne Incorvia, we will be planning some great IEEE technical, professional, and social events for our UT ECE graduate and undergraduate students starting this Summer and we're excited to share our plans and vision with you!

Come refresh yourselves before Finals at our Networking Social this Friday, meet our ECE Graduate Student Officers and find out more about our IEEE Chapter and how you can get involved with us and with IEEE at the local, regional and national levels! Event details below:

When: Friday, April 26th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM (stop by and leave at your convenience)
