This is the first general meeting of the new set of officers of the IEEE Republic of Philippines Section after the elections last Jan. 2019. 

This meeting was also done after the IEEE R10 General Meeting of Section Chairs at Melbourne, Australia. In order to give perspective on the new directions of the IEEE R10, and to help the Section align its goals and activities with R10.
