14th IEEE Nanotechnology Materials and Devices Conference (NMDC) 2019
IEEE Nanotechnology Council’s NMDC 2019 conference will bring together key researchers from every sector in the nanotechnology research field, with a special focus on Materials and Devices. The conference is organized by KTH.
Women in Innovation and Sustainability
This WIE/WIP event on 28-Oct is a part of NMDC-2019 and is organized and sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society Sweden Chaper, Vinnova Smart Electronics System program, KTH, and RISE. The events goal is to promote personal and professional growth for women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
The event chairs are Qin Wang (RISE Acreo – member of IPS-Sweden Board) & Magnus Svensson (Vinnova SES program)
Distinguished invited speakers:
- Matilda Ernkrans, the Swedish Minister of Higher Education and Research
- Charlotte Karlsson, director of ICT division at RISE
- Linda Lyckman, CTO of SSC (Swedish Space Corporation)
- Prof. Luisa Torsi, University Bari, Italy (one of plenary speakers of IEEE NMDC 2019)
