All IEEE Undergraduate Students will be reimbursed for their meal and any Member, Graduate Student or Student that renews their IEEE membership or becomes a new member as of 10/31/2019 will also be reimburseded for their admission. To recieve one's admission fee ($50 value) one must register then attend. There will also be 5 gifts awarded at the meeting.

This Extravaganza - Tour and Entertainment -Awards Banquet is sponsored by the Section and OKC Life Members so come honor and meet your fellow society members and volunteers.

Join us for a an evening of entertainment at Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery! First, we start with a Social providing appetizers. Then have a short tour of the Fermentation and Barrel Room with a discussion on winemaking. Next, there would be a buffet meal created by their chef, with seating in a unique "Dining Cave" that can handle over 60 - 100 people. Clauren Ridge boasts of the state's only Wine Cave similar to those in Napa Valley, California and those boutique wineries in France. Then after the meal we will have Lee Woodside perform his newest magic act.

Registration Meal expense for IEEE members, Spouses and Guest of IEEE members will be $20 per person; IEEE Students and HKN Students meal expense is $10.

Credit card use is now required unless other arrangements were previously made prior to 10-15-2019.
