Join us for an insightful talk about self-confidence for the growth of women in engineering.

Self-confidence is a positive mental state that stimulates the willpower and potential of an individual. It provides the energy and strength to face various challenges, as well as to empower oneself to be recognized. Many women lack self-confidence for their career development for a variety of reasons. To solve this obstacle, women in engineering need to rely on self-motivation. The growth of women cannot be separated from the advancement of the whole society, and so women in engineering need to be encouraged and given more career opportunities.
