Registration for the meeting w/o lunch is free. 
For the meal, you register online by the noted date for a guaranteed lunch.
You may pre-pay with PayPal (with $0.50 surcharge, PES shares the convenience fee).
You may register to pay at door w/ cash, check, or credit card. Credit cards have a 2.775% tax fee. 

Options will *nominally* be displayed at PayPal price. Late registration may have an additional charge.
