In this presentation, Scott will review the 2019 Texas Technical bus Tour for 10 days starting from Houston, then San Antonio, Austin and ending in Dallas. The tour group visited key and significant technolgy institution and Companies in these four cities.
Biography:
Scott is a very active member in the Central Texas Region as well as the IEEE regional and national level. He retired from the Air Force and has been active in IEEE and served many key leadership positions such as the Comminication Society Chair in San Antonio.

The Austin Life Members Group meets monthly. Except when meeting jointly with other groups, the Life Members meet on the third Tuesday each month. Meetings usually begin with informal networking from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m., followed by presentations from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. by experts in topics of interest to IEEE Life Members.
