Preparing for the Worst: Improving Community Energy Resilience with Microgrids
Adam has worked for the Oregon Department of Energy as a Senior Policy Analyst since 2016 where he’s the lead for issues related to the Bonneville Power Administration and public power, and has focused on substantive issues related to grid integration, energy markets, resource adequacy, and energy resilience. Previously he managed the UC Energy Institute, worked on renewable energy procurement at the California PUC, and served as the Wayne Morse Legal Fellow for U.S. Senator Ron Wyden.

Biography:
Adam was born and raised in Maryland and graduated with a BA from Tufts University and a JD from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. He currently lives in the Sellwood neighborhood of SE Portland with his wife and two daughters.
