8:00 am – 8:30 am: Judge orientation

8:30 am – 10:00 am: Judges view exhibits without students present
10:00 am –12:30 pm: Students interviewed by judges
12:30 pm: Students go to lunch
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Judges select category winners and ISEF finalist candidates
2:30 pm: ISEF finalist candidate list posted outside US office
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: ISEF finalist candidates interviewed
5:00 - 6:00 PM: ISEF Finalists selected by judging panel
Open House & Awards Ceremony
6:15 pm – 7:00 pm: Aardvark Science Expo open to the public
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Awards ceremony
* Buses will run between SPARC and the lower lot by the athletic fields from 6:20–8:30 pm
