Women have been proven to be more ethical, in research done by Laura Kray and Michael
Haselhuhn in 2011–’12 and corroborated by various researchers ever since. Women have been proven to
be more efficient managers than men in general. But it is not about what women have proven themselves
to be — we must realise that we must design a world that does not require women, or even men, to
prove themselves on basis on gender! Understanding and respecting both genders — their natural
limitations and natural advantages; their approaches, strengths and opportunities; their human stories
really — requires trust, empathy, and mutual respect towards autonomy.
