Cancelled Sponsors Career Fair for 2020 OKC IEEE R5 Student Conference (Covid-19)
The Oklahoma City Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers needs your support for a job/career fair hosted at the Downtown Sheraton on Friday April 3rd, immediately following the 12th Annual IEEE Green Technology conference (https://ieeegreentech.org/). This educational and recruitment opportunity is intended for students in Oklahoma and the surrounding states and is an excellent opportunity to engage upcoming graduates studying in the fields of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Students participating in this IEEE Region 5 Student Leadership Conference are outgoing Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students. Even if you are not currently seeking entry level applicants, we are seeking companies to help educate these students about the career opportunities that are available within their region. Please consider participating in this event by donating your valuable resources and time and help us keep students educated within our region interested in making a career in our region.
We have opportunities for companies interested in interacting with the undergraduate students on Friday and Saturday, April 3-4, 2020. This would provide exhibiting patrons with the opportunity to not only interact with attendees at the IEEE Green Technologies conference, but also regional Undergraduate and graduate students Friday afternoon, and during the student competitions on Saturday April 4th. There will be options for interested patron companies to provide a short presentation to students about their company on Friday afternoon.
We are also seeking interested patrons to help sponsor both the Green Technology conference and the IEEE Region 5 student competitions.

IEEE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and donations made to sponsor student activities may be tax deductible.

- Single table sponsorship for Greentech and R5 Student competitions includes 1 full conference registration to the Greentech and R5 Student Competitions (including meals/breaks)
- Double table sponsorship for Greentech and R5 Student competitions includes 2 full conference registrations to the Greentech and R5 Student Competitions (including meals/breaks)
- Friday Job fair Finger Foods and Beverage Sponsor (2 available) will allow a sponsor to provide a banner/tablecloth at the food/beverage station, with their table near the station. Please contact Ryan Musgrove prior to selecting this option. This can also be combined to allow a single patron exclusive access to this option.
