On May 29th, the Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Yeshwantrao
Chavan College of Engineering, Wandongri, Nagpur in association with YCCE IEEE
Student Branch organized the event for students to the development of soft skills.
The webinar was open to the public and 233 people registered for the event. During
the webinar, attendees asked questions regarding the placement process and skill
development.
The host for this program was Kireet Deshmukh. While the point of contact with Mr
Parkhe Sir was Neha Lende (Non-IEEE member) and Kireet Deshmukh. Social
media publicity was managed by Surabhi Pawar, Kruti Limje. All students are from 3
rd
year E&TC Department. The webinar was coordinated by Dr. Amoli Belsare (Faculty
ETC) and was approved by Br. Counsellor Dr Prasanna Palsodkar, Chair Mr Tanishq Kamdi and participants
were motivated by Head of Electronics and Telecommunication Department Dr Milind
Narlawar.
This session lasted for approx 90 mins (intended for 60mins). In the beginning,
attendees were presented with the background information of Mr Parkhe by Neha
Lende. Then at the end following a structured process, the question-answer part was
carried out. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Surabhi Pawar.
This webinar was also attended by faculties from other institutes in the region. The
language of communication was English and Hindi Mixed during the webinar. A
webinar feedback form was shared with every participant after the webinar and most
of them are positive and want more such webinars in the future. E-certificates were
provided to the registered participants.
