We will begin with a presentation on the proposed IEEE Constitutional Changes on your ballots August 15.

This will make a number of changes to the alphabet soup which is our organizational structure and have a long term impact on IEEE and how it is run.  There are a number of different viewpoints on these changes and we will discuss what the impact could be.
