4. Have Hope …………………..Is it wishful thinking? No. You must believe things will improve because you are going to improve them. It is not about “I feel tomorrow will be better”. It is about “I resolve to make tomorrow better.”


5. Join a Gritty Group……………………….If you want to be gritty, hang out with gritty people. Over time, the norms and values of the group to which we belong become our own. We internalize them.

Claude Blanc has had a successful career in various roles as an executive with several Fortune 500 companies. In 2004 he decided to put his experience at the service of others and became a certified coach and a leadership development professional. His enthusiasm and passion make him a very effective facilitator. From Europe to Asia to North America, he has facilitated sessions in a great diversity of cultural environments.
