She-engineer recesss
This is an event that is an initiative of IEEE JKUAT SB in order to engage members in event that are non-technical. This event aims at empowering women, particularly students taking engineering students due to the prejudice that they face daily while pursuing engineering. While being mentored by females who are already in the industry. Men who wish to participate have been welcomed, so that they can learn the struggles of their female counterparts and learn how to be supportive.

Biography:
I'm an Android developer as well as an undergraduate student studying Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Mount Kenya University.
I'm also a former Google Developer Student Club Lead. I served my chapter (2021-2022). Besides that, I am a Google WTM ambassador & an active member of different developer communities as well as co-organising droidcon Kenya & Firebase Kenya.
