The officers' training sessions, conducted by our Chair and the outgoing ExCOM, proved instrumental in equipping the newly elected ExCOM and chapter boards within the SB with essential skills and knowledge to navigate their roles effectively.

During the training for General Secretaries, a comprehensive overview of the Vtools platform was provided, highlighting its functionalities such as e-notices, event reporting, and voting mechanisms. Through interactive workshop and screen sharing session, new General Secretaries were guided through the process of event reporting, covering crucial elements like event categorization, scheduling, and report filing, emphasizing key fields such as hosts, details, tags, and location. The training session equipped them with the necessary tools and understanding to initiate event management seamlessly.

In the Treasurer's training, the focus centered on practical aspects such as creating IEEE accounts for new members, insights into membership payment processes, and other essential responsibilities incumbent upon treasurers. These sessions provided valuable insights and tips to ensure efficient financial management within the chapters, empowering treasurers to fulfill their duties effectively.

Meanwhile, the Webmasters' training emphasized the importance of maintaining consistency in language across social media platforms, with English being the primary language for posts. Attendees were briefed on the significance of documenting every chapter activity, whether through photos or online documentation. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on utilizing hashtags effectively, managing social media access and passwords, scheduling posts, and creating unified templates for chapter and official page posts to enhance visibility and engagement. Encouraging active participation within Facebook or Messenger groups was underscored to foster increased sharing and engagement with chapter content.

Overall, these training sessions provided a solid foundation for the newly elected officers, empowering them to lead their respective chapters with confidence and efficiency.
