Brigitte Pérez Ortiz
Biography:
Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP). Specialized in Operations and Logistics Management at UPC, Project Management and Administration at UNI, Integrated Management Systems at the Peruvian Engineers Association (CIP), and Supply Chain Management at UNI. Graduate of the Executive Talent Development Program from the PAD Business School at the UDEP. She has over 5 years of professional experience. STEM Professor in the area of innovation and development of projects based on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Since 2014, she has been a member and volunteer at IEEE. Currently, she holds the position of Chair of the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group in the IEEE Peru Section.

Fiorella Montalvo Casma
Biography:
Graduate of Computer Engineering from the Federico Villarreal National University with experience in process and IT auditing, process modeling, project management, marketing, accounting and entrepreneurship. She is an IEEE member since 2016 and a graduate of the IEEE VoLT 2022 program. Throughout her IEEE career she has stood out as a volunteer in the Computer Society chapter and the WIE affinity group.
