Engineering Rapid Corporate Revenue Growth
Growing businesses remains a difficult and elusive challenge for many firms out there. A lot of money is wasted on ineffective “branding” using mass-marketing. We asked ourselves if we could have a greater impact by standardizing the tools and techniques that can rapidly grow revenue through direct channels such as email and control growth through leading indicator feedback, and not lagging indicators a month or more later. Our epiphany was that the harsh realities of business stagnation could be engineered away, and because of my unique background (I liked engineering and knew how to grow companies), I just needed to create a system where my clients could engineer their own success.
Our model breaks revenue down into its four components: 1) lead generation, 2) lead conversion to customers, 3) the number of transactions per customer, and 4) the price per transaction. Further, we realized that these are multiplicative components that, when multiplied together had a tremendous impact on revenue growth. So much so that if you increased each component by JUST 10% - you would grow your revenue by 46.4%!
