Meditation for Stress Management Workshop
We were excited to have offered you a chance to pause, breathe, and find some much-needed peace in the chaos of student life through our "Meditation for Stress Management" workshop organized by the IEEE Women In Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group.
The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the benefits of meditation and provide practical techniques to manage stress effectively. Attendees learned valuable meditation techniques that they could incorporate into their daily routines to manage stress more effectively, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being, leading to greater academic success and personal fulfillment.
