The Portuguese Chapters of VTS, ComSoc and  PES invite you to participate in this talk of Prof. Prof. Giambattista Gruosso - Politecnico di Milano, Italy, Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE VTS Society:

Vehicle charging infrastructure is increasingly becoming an interdisciplinary and complex system.
On the one hand, they present all the electrical issues of energy conversion related to storage systems. On the other, their integration with  telecommunication infrastructures makes them systems capable of enabling new services and new scenarios in the energy field.
In this Distinguished Lecture we will discuss the new usage scenarios, the main features and the potential of integration with ICT, with particular attention to modeling and simulation tools. From the use of Machine Learning to hardware in the loop.
