In this meeting the chair and vice-chair initiated a candid discussion on excom members' comfort and satisfaction within their respective roles. Recognizing the significance of a supportive work environment in fostering productivity and morale, members were encouraged to share any discomfort or concerns they or their teams might be experiencing. This open dialogue provided valuable insights into areas necessitating attention, ranging from workload distribution to professional development opportunities.

In response to the identified concerns, the whole team pledged to implement measures aimed at enhancing their satisfaction and well-being. This includes revisiting workload distribution strategies, enhancing communication channels, and bolstering support systems to foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
