Biography:
Nachum Sadan is the President and CEO of GridEdge Networks, an innovative provider of products and technologies that enable integration of renewable generation with the electric grid. Nachum is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company and the execution of its business operations. He has over 25 years of experience in power engineering, computer networking and data communications. Nachum received an MSEE from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts and a BSEE cum laude from the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa Israel. Nachum holds a number of patents in powerline communications and is a frequent speaker at IEEE, Utility Telecom Council (UTC), Distributech and other smart grid and cleantech energy conferences. He is an active member of the IEEE-1547 interconnection standard group and the Boston chapter of the IEEE Power Engineering Society (PES) and Communications Society.

The seminar fee includes lunch, refreshments and handouts. Non-members joining IEEE within 30 days of the seminar will be rebated 50% of the IEEE registration charge.
Four hours of instruction will be provided. If desired, IEEE Continuing Education Units (0.4 CEUs) will be offered for this course - a small fee of $45 will be required for processing.
