SD-WAN is a fast moving area in data networking. It has become increasingly important as enterprises are intensifying their effort to migrate their services into Cloud. Based on SDN, SD-WAN is well suited for enterprise Cloud migration. It can enable many critical and sophisticated services, making enterprise interconnect more agile, intelligent, cost effective and versatile. This seminar will bring you the technical insights and use cases of SD-WAN, including the way to lower the operating costs using SD-WAN, the end-to-end service deployment framework with SDN, and intelligent traffic management in SD-WAN. In addition, it will share lights on SD-WAN solutions, such as in Huawei vCPE based SD-WAN with distributed NFV from the edge to the Cloud for agility and enhanced security.

In this talk, we will give you technical insights as well as use cases on this important technology for Cloud based IT services. Key Takeaways will be:

  • Technical insights of SD-WAN and its deployment model
  • Why SD-WAN is a fit and its benefits
  • Real-world enterprise networking use cases
