*Welcome to section members and guests to the meeting*

1.) IEEE Sections Congress 2017 work materials, impressions and skills development acquired for the PR&C Section.

2.) IEEE Senior Members nominations in the Section and Subsection. Coordination for the next evaluation panel October 7th, 2017.

3.) DLT from the ComSoc Society in September. Prof.Jalel Ben Othman from France. Lecture: Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANETS). Coordination for a conference site from the 19th - 29th September in his tour for the Section and Subsection.   Postponed due to limited funds in ComSoc Society for more DLT’S.

*Student Activities*

4.) National Student Branches Meeting (NSTBM 2017) proposed month early November. Coordinate Early bird registration dates, MD Kit Materials, revenues and expected fee.

5.) IEEE Day celebration proposed activities for this year - Date: October 3rd, 2017.  IEEE RRR 9 Lima, Peru 2017 fees and registration process for delegate vice Chair YP.

6.) The nomination committee has completed the “Call for Nominations” process for the Sections Executive board 2018-2019 elections that are schedule from September 11th through the 25th (2 weeks). The eligible Section voting members are going to receive the IEEE voting ballot link.

7.) IEEE Region 9 Executive Committee has selected Paraguay Section as the host of our 2018 IEEE Region 9 Regional Committee Meeting.
