Biography:
Bob Hafner graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the First and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. From 1985 to 1988 Bob served as a law clerk for the Honorable E. Mac Troutman, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice on product liability defense for consumer and professional electronics, medical devices, agricultural and industrial equipment, and medium/heavy-duty truck and tractor manufacturers. He serves as national counsel for product liability claims for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of electronic and information technology products for the consumer and professional markets and as regional counsel (New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania) for toxic tort claims for one of the country’s largest truck manufacturers.
