IEEE RAS at Michigan Robotics Day

Where: University of Michigan Dearborn

When: Friday April 27, 2018 From 8:00AM to 3:30PM

IEEE RAS is joining forces with the recently established RAS Student Chapter at MSU to potentially present the following robot:

STrength Augmenting Robotic Exoskeleton (STARX)

IEEE RAS will also have an exhibition table giving out information about (1) incoming IEEE events, (2) how to join IEEE, (3) how to join any of their technical chapters, in particular IEEE Robotics and Automation Societies.

The event is sponsor by the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) and the University of Michigan.

Among the goals of Michigan Robotics Day are:

-Raise awareness of regional robotics capabilities

-Promote Michigan STEM and industry strengths
