DESCRIPTION:IEEE arranged a seminar on “An Approach towards Engineering: 
 From Theory to Development”. The main purpose behind the seminar was to 
 encourage students to figure out the inter-dependence and relations in a c
 ircuit.\n\nThe agenda set by the speakers was:\n\n1. Importance of instrum
 entation and measurements\n\n2. Data analysis and link between analogue an
 d digital domain\n\n3. Coverage from circuit design to communication and c
 ontrol design\n\n4. Introduction to labView\n\nThe speakers also rightly e
 mphasized upon the importance of theoretical knowledge as the success of a
 ny project depends upon the sound knowledge and understanding of its desig
 ner. Although graduate studies are often taken lightly by students\, the s
 peaker advised otherwise as this knowledge will certainly create a foundat
 ion for further advancement in one’s technical education.\n\nThree basic
  steps towards any project are\n\n1. Design and simulations\n\n2. A protot
 ype to verify the results\n\n3. Actual hardware design of the project and 
 integration of software and hardware.\n\nIntroduction of LabView software 
 and its importance in ongoing projects especially those related to Space\,
  Aerospace\, control systems of mechanical structure e.g. cars\, aircrafts
  and industrial automation was stressed upon.\n\nAt the end a demonstratio
 n of Inverted pendulum was given using myRIO\, FPGA and labView software.\
