  the two Milestones in Geneva and Neuchatel\,\n\npaying also a tribute to 
 Dr. Roger Wellinger\, SM \, former Reg.8 Director and the mover behind the
  development\n\nof electronic Quartz watch in Switzerland\, who passed awa
 y in October 2014.\n\nTwo IEEE Fellows from the Swiss Section attended the
