 Intelligence & Communication Technology" in Feb 2013. They are looking for
  technical Sponsorship from IEEE UP Section. 6. Department of Electrical E
 ngineering\, IIT Roorkee is organizing a course on BIOMEDICAL SIGNAL ANALY
 SIS during Dec 10-15\, 2012. They have kept a provision to give concession
  to IEEE members in course fee. Prof Rangayyan FIEEE has agreed to be the 
 key resource person. In Dec 2012\, he is visiting IITKgp and Bangalore. II
 T Roorkee will reimburse his local travel & hospitality and honorarium. Fo
 r this they have requested IEEE UP Section for financial assistance of Rs.
  50\,000/- to meet Travel & local hospitality of Prof Rangayyan. 7. To dis
 cuss the response of IEEE regarding the sponsorship of WCSN-2011 and conse
 quential issues. (will be presented by Dr. Shekhar Verma\, IIIT Allahabad)
 . 8. A proposal for organizing an "IEEE Annual Workshop on Antenna & RF Se
 ction Design for Low Power Applications" to be jointly organized by IIIT-A
 llahabad and IEEE UP Section at IIIT-Allahabad. (will be presented by Dr. 
 Neetesh Purohit). 9. To discuss the response of IEEE regarding the sponsor
 ship of WCSN-2011 and consequential issues. (will be presented by Dr. Shek
 har Verma). 10. Mr. Ajai K. Srivastava has been nominated for maintaining 
 the Accounts of IEEE UP Section. 11. Nomination Committee for the announce
 ment of slate for the IEEE UP Section 2013 A nomination committee is to be
  formed to seek petitions\, and announce the slate for the IEEE UP section
  for the year 2013. 12. Election of office bearers of all sub-sections and
  society chapters Nomination committees for all subsections/chapters need
