DESCRIPTION:Report on WIE VNRVJIET orientation for freshers\n\nThe members 
 of WIE VNRVJIET have warmly welcomed the students of the academic year 201
 7-2018 of different branches of VNR VJIET on September 1\, 2017. The WIE V
 NRVJIET members from II\, III and IV years have attended the orientation f
 or addressing the students.\n\nAt the beginning of the orientation\, takin
 g the orientation as a platform WIE VNRVJIET members have addressed the st
 udents focussing on " what is a student chapter ?" & "why is it necessary 
 ?" to make the students familiar with what a student chapter is. Then they
  explained about the essence of WIE like "what is WIE ?" \, "what is the r
 ole of WIE in the society?" \, "what are the benefits offered by the WIE f
 or the member of this society?" & "how can one become a member of this soc
 iety?" . The students were shown a documentation of how WIE was formed\, a
 nd the current council members of WIE.\n\nSpeaking on this occasion D MOUN
 IKA\, WIE VNRVJIET Chairperson has also talked about WIE student chapter a
 nd shared his experience and his journey with WIE. she has shared her memo
 ries like how the WIE student chapter is not just for a pure technical stu
 dent chapter\, but also a student chapter where we enjoy while working tog
 ether for an event\, learn new things during the organization for differen
 t occasion \, meet new people during the conferences organized by WIE and 
 can avail the benefits of this student chapter. During this phase we have 
 shown the students how WIE VNRVJIET has organized an international confere
 nce IACC 2017 in the college in January 2017\, refreshing the memories of 
 the event with a video and clarified the doubts of the enthusiastic studen
 ts.\n\nAt the end\, the orientation was concluded by showing the current W
 IE VNRVJIET council members to the students. All the members finally reque
 sted the students too make use of all the facilities and get accustomed to
