He requested all members to come forward for the\nevent and suggest if they have any good plan.\nAgenda Item #3: Announcement of upcoming IEEE C IS lecture\nSecretary informed that an IEEE CIS lecture will be held in Ka npur Institute of Technology\,\nKanpur on 23rd Feb\, 2017. The lecture wil l be delivered by Prof. Dr. A. K. Deb\, Dept. of EE\, IIT\nKharagpur on “Virtual Labs”. He also thanked Dr. Brajesh Varshney for providing the ir\nresources for conducting the event. Dr. Varshney informed that he will provide hospitality and\ntravel facility to the experts during the event. \n\nAgenda Item #4: Discussion on publicity of IEEE UP Section CIS Chapter Awards\nSecretary asked suggestions for increasing the no. of nominations for the award.
