 elcomes all the members present at the meeting. Approval of Minutes: The m
 inutes of previous meetings were read by secretary of chapter and were ado
 pted unanimously. Agenda Item #1: Discussion on upcoming Chapter's Disting
 uished Lecturer Program (DLP) talk. Action Item: It was informed that chap
 ter’s request for conducting DLP talk was approved by IEEE CIS. Cha
 pter is going to organize DLP Talk by Distinguished Lecturer Prof. Kalyanm
 oy Deb on “Evolutionary Multi-Criterion Optimization”. The eve
 nt will be held on 13th December at IIT Kanpur. Mr. Sumit suggested to inc
 lude registration facility for DLP program. As for now decision of registr
 ation fee is on hold. It was decided to start announcement of DLP talk ear
 ly as possible. All members were requested to publicize the event in their
  respective research community. It was approved with consent of all member
 s. Agenda Item #2: Proposal for Constitution of Chapter's Award Action Ite
 m: A proposal for constitution of chapter’s award was given from Dr
 . Verma\, chairman. Mr. Tarun suggested for the provision of nomination by
  chapters members for giving the award. Mr. Rahul also came with a suggest
 ion of conducting a student contest for the same. Dr. verma supported this
  proposal and gave his consent on constituting similar award/s for student
  community as well. Constitution of awards for both student community and
