DESCRIPTION:NISB Women in Engineering conducted Speed Mentoring session for
  the students. It was an opportunity for them to network with the women fr
 om industries\, get their advices and listen to their experiences. Partici
 pants were divided into five groups and each group was assigned a mentor. 
 Participants interacted with each mentor for 15 minutes. They were given a
 dvices regarding their studies\, career\, placements\, etc. The mentors al
 so shared their life experience with the mentees and motivated them to exc
