  rational users. This leads to the problem of free riding i.e.\, users wan
 t to use resources from network but does not want to contribute. The probl
 em of free riding can be overcome by providing suitable incentives for sha
 ring. These incentives can be provided using some kind of trust/reputation
  mechanism. Design of reputation management system for peer-to-peer networ
 ks is a challenging task as these networks are large in size and don't hav
 e any central control or repository. More over when these kind of systems 
 are implemented\, problem of whitewash and collusion comes in the way. In 
 this talk I will discuss reputation estimation\, reputation aggregation fo
 r power law network and its robustness against collusion. I will also disc
 uss a technique to counter whitewashing problem in these kind of networks.
