 gis of IEEE University of Allahabad Student Chapter commenced today at the
  Centre of Computer Education\, Institute of Professional Studies\, Univer
 sity of Allahabad. This Conference has been technically sponsored by IEEE 
 Computer Society\, IEEE Signal Processing Society UP Section and IEEE Comp
 utational Intelligence Society UP Section. In the Conference\, papers were
  invited in five tracks\, namely\, Communication Technology\, Electronics 
 and Control Systems\, Software Engineering and Multimedia\, Intelligence S
 ystem and Advanced Computing. Total 24 quality papers in these areas were 
 sorted out to be presented during the 3-days conference in four Technical 
 Sessions which shall be published in IEEE explore and eminent speakers del
 ivered eight Keynote addresses. A Software Development Competition under v
 arious themes such as Brain Inspired\; Knowledge & Reasoning Based\; Motio
 n & Manipulation Based\; Natural Language Processing Based\; Spam Detectio
 n\; Automated Governance Through Improvised Learning and Recommender Syste
