DESCRIPTION:The IEEE CIS membership drive was held at Pranveer Singh Instit
 ute of Technology (PSIT)\, Kanpur\, India on December 29th\, 2018.\n\nThe 
 program started with a welcome address by Mr. Narendra Kumar Dhar\, Conven
 er\, CIS Membership Activities\, IEEE UP Section CIS Chapter &amp; Ph.D. Schol
 ar\, IIT Kanpur\, India. He gave an introduction about IEEE and IEEE Compu
 tational Intelligence Society (CIS). He also encouraged and motivated stud
 ents for becoming the member of the IEEE CIS community by highlighting the
  membership benefits. Around 350 participants including faculties\, UG and
  PG students have attended the lecture.\n\nThe lecture was followed by an 
 interactive session with executive committee members of IEEE UP Section CI
 S Chapter where students asked their doubts and explored the possibilities
  of computational intelligence (CI) in their own work.\n\nFor membership d
 rive\, a booth was also set up at the venue to promote IEEE CIS membership
