  and Announcements:\n\nChairman\, Vice Chairman and Secretary welcomed all
  the members present in the meeting.\n\nAgenda Item #1: Ratification of mi
 nutes of the previous meeting.\n\nDiscussion: The minutes of the previous 
 meeting was read by Mr. Narendra Kumar Dhar and with the consent of all pr
 esent members minutes were approved.\n\nAgenda Item #2: IEEE CIS membershi
 p promotional activity events.\n\nDiscussion: As on behalf of all the pres
 ent members\, Chairman announced in previous meeting that our chapter has 
 taken a great step towards IEEE CIS membership promotional drives. Taking 
 into that action\, the next IEEE CIS membership drive as a promotional act
 ivity event is planned to take place in Pranveer Singh Institute of Techno
 logy (PSIT)\, Kanpur\, India on December 29th\, 2018. The purpose of promo
 tional drive is to spread awareness towards IEEE CIS membership and benefi
 ts.\n\nAgenda Item #3: Industrial visit for the students.\n\nDiscussion: S
 ecretary proposed that an industrial visit for the interested students in 
 IEEE CIS may be planned for real-time exposure and awareness. Vice Chairma
 n raised the concern related to the sponsorship of industrial visit and su
 ggested that our chapter can provide the platform for these visits and giv
 ing certificate to the students.\n\nAction Item: The further possibilities
  and updates will be communicated.\n\nAgenda Item #4: Discussion on Execut
 ive Office Bearer Body for the year 2019.\n\nDiscussion: Few names for new
  office bearers were suggested by executive committee members present at t
