DESCRIPTION:A unique long term mentoring program with the Houston A&M Club 
 for disadvantaged minority students in the Houston area. The program was s
 tarted 2006\, with planning started in 2005. We start the students in the 
 3rd grade and work with them until they graduate from high school\, with t
 he same group of volunteers and students. After HS\, we maintain communica
 tions with all the graduates to give advice and guidance on their pursuit
