DESCRIPTION:The 2018 edition of the Chicago Electrical Code is based on the
  2017 edition of NFPA 70: National Electrical Code (NEC) and has been upda
 ted to incorporate Chicago amendments. In addition to new and revised arti
 cles addressing renewable energy\, the Chicago Electrical Code enhances pe
 rsonnel protection with expanded GFCI protection\, new requirements to pro
 tect electrical workers while maintaining or servicing electrical or elect
 rically powered equipment\, and alternative methods for performing load ca
 lculations. This program has been developed to review the new content with
 in the 2018 Chicago Electrical Code and various differences from the previ
 ous version of the Chicago Electrical Code\, in such a way so that the mat
 erial learned can be applied immediately with increased proficiency\, safe
