 , Alberta!\n\nJoin us for another exciting gathering of student leaders on
  May 3rd - 5th \, 2019 at the Sutton Place Hotel.\n\nThis congress that is
  hosted by IEEE Canada is an annual Student Leadership Workshop for at lea
 st 20 years. Our IEEE young leaders will be able to share operational know
 ledge of IEEE\, collaborate with each other on activities and initiatives\
 , and network with IEEE Canada committee members and volunteers from acros

 tudent-congress-information-archive/\n\nWe invite one student per Student 
 Branch in Canada (who have never before attended this event) to register. 
 Once your registration is confirmed\, you can go ahead and make travel pla
 ns.\n\nWe advise you to apply for travel grants offered by your institutio
 n or other sources. Normally\, grants application process takes some time\
 , therefore plan and apply ahead in time. Be sure to reach out to your stu
 dent branch counselor and advisor as they are members of faculty and may h
 ave ideas or options.\n\nWe will also be offering travel reimbursements\, 
 but the number is limited to available funds. Hotel-related costs for Frid
 ay evening through Sunday lunch will be covered by IEEE Canada.\nDeadline 
 for registration is 7th April 2019.\n\nIf your Branch wishes to send addit
